A leading financial services company focused on retail lending, with a strong presence in mortgages, personal finance and other consumer lending segments.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head the HR function for the Business & Personal Finance vertical at a national level. The role will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive people initiatives across the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national HR strategy for the Business & Personal Finance vertical.

• Partner with senior leadership and business heads on workforce and people strategy.

• Drive workforce planning and end-to-end talent acquisition across retail lending portfolios.

• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.

• Strengthen HR Business Partnering across branches and business functions.

• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.

• Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to support business decisions.

• Build leadership and talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate / MBA in HR.

• 15–23 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in banking, NBFC or financial services.

• Strong experience in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent acquisition and performance management.

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and managing geographically distributed teams.

• Strong understanding of retail lending, particularly mortgages and personal finance, will be preferred.
