Reporting to the AVP Brand and Communications, the Assistant Manager–Marketing will work with Internal & External stakeholders to develop and execute projects designed to support the sales and marketing teams. He/She will be the Marketing SPOC for our distribution channels for execution/implementation of the marketing campaigns for all distribution channels including branches. Other responsibilities project management, logistic management and quality control. Good communication skills is a must. Work with marketing managers to develop, execute and manage ongoing marketing projects and campaigns Product/Channel Marketing: Understanding the requirement and problem from the stakeholder and provide with the appropriate solution through ideas and product collaterals and other communication for Agents, Banking partners. Drive Agent Engagement initiatives. Internal Communication: Manage all Internal communications initatives in order to promote employee brand advocacy. Encourage collaborative environment for employees. Manage all internal communications for the organisation, help internal stakeholders with employee communication material. MIS: Responsible for preparing and maintaining all marketing reports like Marketing Spends, Budget Sheets, Audit Documents etc. BTL Marketing: Manage on-ground activations/events like R&Rs. Suggest and implement newer ways to increase brand awareness. Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/Communication. This role requires regular interaction with internal and external stakeholder and is physically intensive role
