Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media across Digital and offline platforms to ensure customer expectations are met and build brand credibility Responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion Deploy successful brand campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies Works with internal stakeholders to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams Oversee the creative development of promotional material, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives To create an employer brand and position as an employer of choice. Constantly engage employees through employee communication Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis Education: MBA –Marketing Exp: 7-9 years total experience in a brand/marketing roles. Should have experience in brand management, Marketing communication (ATL, BTL) and Channel Marketing Areas of Management: Brand Management Advertising Consumer Marketing Internal Communications Market Research Knowledge & Skills: Strong Communicator Performance driven Ability to strategize Adaptable Proactive & innovative thinker
