Candidate from General Insurance As a Digital Marketing professional,the role will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers), and vendors to manage the digital activities on time and on budget. This individual will help develop the strategic direction for companys growing lead generation capability using knowledge of marketing automation implementation. Marketing Automation using Adobe Campaign: Designs, build, implement Campaign delivery using Adobe Campaign Classic for channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Mobile push notification, direct mail etc. Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring, in accordance with industry best practices Manage the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability. Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI. Develop email marketing methods to improve conversion rate (content, email templates, landing pages, effective call-to-action approaches, etc.) Managing Website & Blogs: Manage the website and ensure the content, collaterals are all up to date Developing content for Blogs and managing blog platform Ensure all aspects of Compliance and Risk for the website and other digital assets. Also ensure adherence to brand guidelines Managing Digital Communication: Ability to draft communication for Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for whitelisting content for SMS/WhatsApp Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board Content Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies; build content briefs for agencies, provide feedback on storyboards and drive content optimization through measurement and reporting. Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant work experience. 2+ years of marketing automation experience in Adobe Campaign or Marketing or Sales Force. (Preferably Adobe Campaign) Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) – Intermediate / Advanced Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication including proof reading Fundamental knowledge of HTML will be a is a huge plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages
