\"Prepare, and place purchase orders for raw materials and laboratory consumables ? Review purchase orders to ensure product cost, payment terms, product information, and delivery information are accurate ? Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for order finalisation and Import raw materials through ocean freight ? Coordinate with sales and production teams to place orders as per weekly and monthly raw material planning ? Follow up with raw material suppliers on regular basis to ensure shipment and delivery on promised dates ? Maintain physical and digital records of purchases and related documentation ? Record price movements of key raw materials on monthly basis ? Update supplier register on monthly to track raw material purchases\"
