Focus area Home Loans & Construction Finance. • Business tie ups with builders/chartered accountants etc. for lead generation. • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people. \" \"Requirements and skills • 4-5 years relevant work experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role preferably in Home Loans OR Construction Finance. • Proven sales track record, experience in customer support is a plus. • Proficiency in Marathi & Hindi and English languages. • Market knowledge of Home Loan business. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build rapport. • Time management and planning skills • Any graduate, MBA in finance or marketing would be an added advantage. • Age upto 35 years, salary no bar for the right candidature.\"
