DESCRIPTION- • Strategy development for New Territory identification and development. • Identifying major HNI clients in new territories and strategizing to generate business with them. • Competitor benchmarking and global trend analysis of material movement. • Distributer set-up, stockist development, Agent appointment in respective territories. • Working with existing agent in developing new business opportunities and territory development initiatives. • Production planning, dispatch scheduling. • Documentation/agreement drafting and formalisation. • Vendor Management + New vendor development: Shipping liners, freight forwarders • Marketing- Brand building, international exhibitions. REQUIREMENTS- • Proven track record in International Business- New Business Development & Key Account management. • Experienced in working closely with freight partners: for sea and air freight, LCL and FCL, clearance agents. • Experienced in customer complain & grievance handling, accounts receivables and payment cycle handling. • International travel experience for business development is a merit. • Experience in coordinating and ensuring deliverables between cross-functional teams: PPC, Plant, Logistics, R&D, Accounts. • Should have handled a team and their deliverables via a review system. JOB TYPE: Full-time, Regular/Permanent EDUCATION: • Bachelors or Masters in International Business. EXPERIENCE: • 2 -3 Years
