Job Brief We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, coordinate with company executives to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients. Analyse sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Roles & Responsibilities • Creating a business development growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. • Achieve personal and team business targets. Focus area Home Loans & Construction Finance. • Business tie ups with builders/chartered accountants etc. for lead generation. • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
