Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and client requirements. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team morale remains high. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to track progress towards goals. Take proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling BPO services. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Ensure continuous learning and development to drive professional growth. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle and implement effective solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and facilitate smooth coordination.
