Collaborate with the sales team to align solutions with client needs. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the ERP products, features, and functionalities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients during the pre-sales process to understand their specific business needs. Translate client requirements into detailed solution proposals. Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Manage the execution of Proof of Concepts, ensuring they effectively showcase the capabilities and value of the ERP solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to address any customization or configuration needs. Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and tailor pre-sales activities to support overall sales objectives. Provide expertise and guidance during client presentations and negotiations. Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor products and strategies. Leverage insights to position the ERP solutions as superior in the market. Training and Development: Provide training to the pre-sales team to enhance their product knowledge, presentation skills, and understanding of client industries. Foster a continuous learning environment to stay ahead in a dynamic market. Sales Support: Provide active support to the sales team in addressing client queries, concerns, and objections during the sales process. Collaborate on the development of sales strategies based on pre-sales insights. Client Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits of the ERP solutions. Tailor demonstrations to address specific client needs and pain points. Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with clients and the sales team to continuously improve the pre-sales process. Gather insights on client reactions, requirements, and market expectations. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. Provide technical insights during client interactions to address specific technical concerns.
