• Prospect Generation: Utilize our database and online resources to identify high-potential leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Conduct targeted outreach through phone calls, following effective scripts and tailoring conversations to specific needs. • Lead Qualification: Ask insightful questions to understand caller interests, budget, and property preferences. Identify qualified leads with a high potential for converting into clients for our real estate agents. • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our real estate agents based on mutual availability and property interests. Provide clear and concise information about the appointment details to both parties. • Client Relationship Building: Develop rapport and build trust with potential clients through excellent communication and a positive attitude. Answer basic real estate questions and address any concerns callers may have. • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all call activity in our CRM system, including lead details, call outcomes, and appointment information. Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call metrics and lead generation performance
