Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the India Mart portal regularly. Understand customer requirements through inbound and outbound callings. Handle and nurture relationships with key clients. Coordinate with backend office colleagues to streamline communication and workflow. - Conduct market research and identify potential clients through various online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and others. Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads via email and phone. - Prepare and present sales proposals and reports. Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Pursuing Graduation or Graduated Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
