Hoses & Connectors Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities in target market. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, email campaigns and referrals. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up. Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business plans and growth initiatives. Define short term and long term business development goals and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct clients meeting, presentations and discussions to understand their needs and requirements. Enquiry generation from old and new customers Maintain enquiry register as well assign enquiries to concern team members Complete responsibility of website data updation, and prepare new web pages as and when require Visit to our principle suppliers on regular basis (Once in a Week), as well reach out key personnels of our principle suppliers to resolve pricing enquiries and promotional activities. Requirements and skills Proven experience as Sales Engineer/Executive or similar role Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Proficient in MS Office and ERP Familiarity with social media and web analytics Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness Business administration or relevant discipline
