Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager with a focus on recruiting and managing Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) in the general insurance sector. This role requires working closely with POSPs to mentor, support, and help them generate business, particularly in the motor insurance field. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance sector and the broker industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, mentor, and manage POSPs to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell general insurance products.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to POSPs, helping them to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
Foster strong relationships with POSPs by understanding their needs and challenges, offering solutions to improve their sales performance.
Generate new business through POSPs, focusing on motor insurance, and assist them in meeting their targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of POSPs and seamless processing of applications and claims.
Monitor POSP activities and performance, providing feedback and training to enhance their skills and business potential.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations in the general insurance sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or recruiting in the general insurance or broker industry.
Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide POSPs.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with general insurance products, particularly motor insurance, is an advantage.
