Role Description
We are seeking a talented Full stack Developer for our dynamic team, focused on delivering innovative software solutions for large-scale enterprise-level applications. You will play a critical role in the development of a modern German life insurance platform, specializing in cloud-based runoff solutions for the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop IT Systems & Projects: Lead the development and management of IT systems, specifically related to cloud-based runoff platforms for German life insurance.
- Analyze Requirements: Independently analyze business requirements and create detailed technical solutions.
- Concept Creation: Develop both business and technical concepts, including rough and detailed documentation.
- Software Development: Utilize modern development methodologies to design, implement, and test software solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business and technical integration.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Life Factory domain knowledge and Java development.

- Knowledge of current insurance market trends and relevant business processes.
- Ability to assess market development and its impact on requirements engineering.

Previous Experience & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:

- An MBA in IT/Insurance/Finance is also a consideration for roles like Requirements Engineer and Test Engineer.
- Certifications: Not mandatory.
- Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business needs.
- An urge to understand the criticality of data correctness in systems.
- Ability to understand the structure of business requirements and ensure that developers understand what is needed to meet business goals.
