Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Role Description:
The SailPoint Developer is responsible for developing complex applications and systems to meet the required functionality for all IT services. This includes configuring and adjusting standard software, as well as providing application maintenance and support. The developer will contribute to the ongoing operations of dedicated applications and classes, ensuring that they perform optimally.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Design, Code, and Test: Develop complex programs and scripts based on agreed specifications. Write test cases, conduct module/component testing, and address any bugs or issues.
Software Configuration and Customization: Install, configure, customize, and integrate standard software, ensuring it meets the requirements of the organization.
Execution of Tests: Implement and execute module/component tests while providing detailed technical documentation for the processes.
Technical Application Support: Provide support for the technical aspects of applications, ensuring they are functioning as expected.
Deployment and Training Support: Support the deployment of applications into production environments and assist in user training.
Monitor Service Delivery: Track and monitor service delivery performance metrics, recommending adjustments to service agreements as needed.
Information Security Compliance: Adhere to all information security requirements associated with the role to ensure a secure operational environment.
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
SailPoint IdentityIQ Expertise: Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including application onboarding, workflow design and implementation, plugin development, policy creation, and report implementation.
Bug Fixing and Debugging: Excellent skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Java Programming: Good skills in Java programming for developing and customizing solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience with HP-ALM testing tool for both manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working with SailPoint IQ connectors to Active Directory/Azure, Mainframe/RACF, SAP, NetIQ.
Experience with the Clarity Project Management tool.

Previous Experience & Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
Candidates with a non-computer science degree must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in application development or IT.
MBA in IT/Insurance/Finance may also be considered for roles like Requirements Engineer or Test Engineer.
Experience:
3-5 years of development experience in design, analysis, coding, and bug fixing.
IT technical background, including client-server programming experience.
Financial Services background is appreciated but not mandatory.
Certifications:
