Job Description for Snr HR Executive profile: -

Location: Thane/Vikhroli
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹6-7 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
• Draft HR policies, company-wide reports, and manage internal HR communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in HR operations, leadership, and team management.
• Proven experience in handling 200+ employees and hire-to-retire processes.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting policies, reports, and formal HR documentation.
