Job Title: Duckcreek Configurator - Policy & Billing
Location: Mumbai - Bhandup
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure insurance products within Duckcreek, focusing on Policy and Billing.
• Design technical solutions to meet business and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into configurations within the Duckcreek application.
• Estimate solution delivery timelines and ensure timely implementation.
• Conduct unit-level testing for developed modules.
• Fix development defects within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Support data migration from legacy systems to the new core system.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
• MCA / BE in Computer Science or related field.
Experience & Technical Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in Duck-creek Policy & Billing Configuration.
• Expertise in Policy Forms, Transact, Underwriting Rules Implementation, Tasks & Notifications, Page Designing, Rating, and Billing.
• Strong knowledge of XML (mandatory), SQL Server, and .NET (optional).
• Familiarity with debugging tools like Trace Monitor, Example Utility, Data Tester, and TSV Debugger.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Tortoise GIT, and Azure Cloud services.
