Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Role Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor ServiceNow configurations to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and expertise in scripting, automation, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and configurations.
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Scripting & Automation: Write and implement scripts (e.g., JavaScript, GlideRecord) to automate processes using Flow Designer and Orchestration.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Testing & Documentation: Ensure proper testing of solutions and maintain clear and thorough documentation for custom applications and workflows.
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
Proficient in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR, WSD, IRM, and App Engine.
Expertise in using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration to automate tasks.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Service Catalog, CMDB, Service Portal, and Workflows.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio to create and maintain custom applications.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related modules.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
Nice to Have:
ITIL Foundation certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or Service Portal.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
