Job Description - Electronics Integration Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description: -
1. Design of vehicle Electronic parts HW with integration to vehicle network
2. Preparation of System requirement specification for Hardware, Software of electronic parts
3. Knowlege and Hands on experience on vehicle network data analysis (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and debugging of vehicle
4. Prepare and manage D&D plan in line with product development plan
5. Development of Sw architecture in compliance with Autosar requirements and ISO standards for functional safety, cyber security etc.
6. Prepare and conduct DFMEA for HW, SW
7. Review and participate on DFMEA propreietary part DFMEA, Process capability and design reviews
8. Participation and support on communication tools development for manufacturing and servicing of products
9. Preparation and design state machine for electronic components in conjunction with UI / UX requirements
10. Usage of PLM tools for managing D&D activities as per QSP
11. Interact with vendors and stake holders for part development, validation and proving
12. Conduct Functional safety analysis, define and evaluate safety goals for a vehicle as per ISO 26262
13. Participate and review the SW development methodology and Sw QA process (ASPICE / any eqvt.)
14. Evaluate, identify and verify cyber security goals for the vehicle and architecture as per ISO 21434
Responsibilities: -
Define HEV/EV Traction Inverter & Electrical System Architecture
Drives functions and Control algorithms such as State transition Diagram & Conditions, Torque control (Protection & restriction), Thermal behavior estimations & management, Vehicle Adhesion Controls
Inverter Controls Software Verification and Validation
ISO 26262 compliance for Traction Inverter ECU, DFMEA
Work with System team to identify the electrical interfaces & calibration
Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
Technical/ Functional: -
Knowledge of Power electronics in Electric Vehicle and its Components
Knowledge of Electric drivetrain systems (Architectures, modeling and simulations and design considerations)
Modeling, analysis and design of Inverters, Motor drives and its topology (Vector control & Direct Control systems)
Vehicle dynamics using MATLAB/Simulink or any other tool.
Knowledge of ISO 26262
Exposure to Electric Powertrain Control Design, development, Verification and Validation. Familiarity with on board diagnostics.
