Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build online campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Your role will involve hands-on execution and optimization of various digital marketing channels to ensure success and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Develop strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement to achieve business goals.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve rankings.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and develop content calendars.
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content to grow the company’s social media presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize engagement and reach.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising:

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, ad copies, targeting, and keywords to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop, edit, and curate content (blogs, articles, infographics, videos) to drive traffic and engage the target audience.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing and informative content.
  • Ensure that content aligns with the company’s brand and voice.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize emails for targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other email metrics to improve future campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, traffic analysis, and ROI.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize campaigns.

Market Research:

  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor industry news and digital marketing innovations to ensure campaigns are up-to-date and competitive.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with the creative, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent messaging.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing activities stay within budget while achieving optimal results.

Branding and Online Reputation Management:

  • Ensure the brand’s message is consistent across all digital channels.
  • Monitor online mentions and manage the brand's online reputation through proactive engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internship experience included).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
