Job Title: BA DORA (Business Analyst - DORA)
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 10 to 18 LPA
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
Thorough knowledge of VAIT/DORA regulations and IT security requirements
3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting (Basel, BaFin, KNF, GSI, ESMA)
Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
Multiyear experience in creating and redesigning IT processes and key controls
Strong track record of delivering regulatory projects in a large, complex environment within the global Finance/Insurance or regulated industry (5-7+ years)
Strong management skills including project management, business analysis, security requirements analysis, financial management, change management, and facilitation
Excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilities
Board-level presentation skills
Ability to drive a mixture of functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate step changes
Ability to deliver to the business in a unified way
Experience in managing distributed teams and working in a matrix setup
Proactive, ownership-driven, and a can-do attitude
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver regulatory projects by adhering to DORA and VAIT regulations.
Lead and coordinate the redesign and improvement of IT processes and key controls within regulatory frameworks.
Prepare and deliver detailed documentation, project plans, and reports related to regulatory reporting and IT security.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs, security requirements, and financial management for project delivery.
Provide proactive project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across business units to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide clear and concise presentations to the board and senior leadership on project progress and regulatory matters.
Effectively manage and coordinate distributed teams in a matrix environment, ensuring all workstreams are aligned and on track.
Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving their success through proactive leadership.
