Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong communication and convincing skills in English. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of E-mail and MS-Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts.
• Answer customer queries related to products or services.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in a timely and precise manner.
• Handle customer grievances in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant customer information.
