Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development to join a rapidly growing fintech platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Callers, Team Leaders, Assistant Branch Managers, and Branch Managers to drive adoption of payment solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase penetration of available payment modes and achieve revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations) to align on product offerings and support clients effectively.
Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent support, issue resolution, and service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Male candidates preferred; knowledge of local language is mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, EMI/Consumer Durable EMI, account management, or BFSI sectors.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of EMI, Consumer Durable Loans, and BNPL segment preferred (not mandatory).
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
