Key Objective
Drive end-to-end ownership of the digital lending product lifecycle — from onboarding NBFCs/Banks, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (DLG), managing partner integrations, to enhancing the borrower experience across the lending journey.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with in-depth expertise in digital lending to own, scale, and optimize our lending stack. The role involves identifying gaps, onboarding and integrating new lending partners, managing existing relationships, and continuously improving underwriting, disbursement, and repayment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end lending product lifecycle – from lender onboarding to disbursement and repayment.
Collaborate with lenders to assess requirements and lead technical scoping for integrations (LOS, LMS, APIs).
Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG), privacy laws, and KYC norms.
Work closely with design, engineering, and legal teams to improve borrower journeys, strengthen fraud prevention, and enhance product performance.
Develop scalable and configurable frameworks for onboarding multiple lenders.
Create dashboards for performance tracking, risk monitoring, and SLA adherence.
Monitor product funnel health and drive experimentation (e.g., eligibility flow, loan offers, NACH setup, etc.).
Requirements
5–6 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in digital lending.
Strong understanding of credit/lending products, DLG guidelines, and operational models of NBFCs/Banks.
Proven experience in managing partner integrations, APIs (REST), LOS/LMS, bureau calls, and risk modules.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
