Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Partner Training to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our partners, leading to higher engagement and increased business volumes.
This role requires a strong background in Insurance / BFSI sales and the ability to align training initiatives with business goals. The candidate should be able to manage end-to-end training strategies while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
Conduct skill-gap analysis and identify training needs for partner channels and sales teams.
Deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.
Collaborate with central L&D and product teams to design customized training modules (digital, workshops, and certifications).
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales metrics; recommend improvements based on insights.
Work closely with Zonal Sales Heads, Business Strategy Leads, and Tech teams to ensure training supports business growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor practices, and training innovations.
Leverage technology platforms to deliver engaging and scalable training experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–7 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / BFSI Sales with exposure to Insurance.
Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
