Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer with strong experience in the fintech and lending domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing user-centric digital products across Android apps, iOS apps, dashboards, and responsive web platforms.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital lending journeys, user behavior, and data-driven design to simplify complex financial processes into intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design & User Experience
Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Android apps, iOS apps, dashboards, and web platforms.
Translate complex financial and lending workflows into simple, seamless user journeys.
Ensure consistency in design across platforms while aligning with brand guidelines.
User Research & Journey Mapping
Deeply understand user personas, flows, and pain points across end-to-end lending journeys.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and enhance user experience.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor UI/UX performance metrics such as drop-off rates, conversion rates, and session duration.
Identify underperforming features and recommend design improvements.
Conduct A/B testing and refine designs using data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Ensure smooth handoff of designs and accurate implementation by development teams.
Advocate best practices and user-centric design principles in cross-functional discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within fintech or lending products.
Strong experience designing and shipping Android and iOS applications, dashboards, and responsive web pages.
Proven exposure to digital lending products such as personal loans, cardless EMI, BNPL, etc.
Hands-on expertise with Figma (mandatory); experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, usability testing, and information architecture.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
Familiarity with embedded finance and API-led integrations.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Understanding of accessibility standards and data privacy guidelines.
