Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, and payroll support. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Prepare and manage HR reports using MS Excel
• Handle employee documentation such as joining forms, ID records, and personal files
• Support HR in onboarding and exit formalities
• Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
• Assist in compliance and basic HR administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports)
• Understanding of payroll and HR operations (training knowledge acceptable for freshers)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers with internship or academic exposure to HR are welcome
• Candidate should be comfortable working on HR data and reports
• Ready to work from Dholka location
