We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in wiring harness and power cord manufacturing. The role involves managing B2B sales, driving new customer acquisition, and handling key accounts in the automotive and home appliance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of power cord products
• Handle sales of wiring harness for automotive & home appliance customers
• Drive new business development and customer acquisition
• Coordinate with customers and internal plant/production teams
• Support cost-reduction and pricing initiatives

Required Experience:

• Experience in wiring harness manufacturing sales
• Experience in power cord manufacturing
• Exposure to OEM / Tier-1 automotive customers
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

Preferred Background:

• Automotive components / electrical manufacturing
• Manufacturing sales (not FMCG / IT/retail)
