Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead business development initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and expand revenue opportunities in the BNPL ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a robust network among key decision-makers, and proven experience in B2B sales within Insurance, Fintech, or BFSI.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, target, and onboard strategic partners relevant to BNPL solutions
Develop and execute business development strategies to build long-term partnerships
Drive revenue growth through new market and channel expansion
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Foster trust and collaboration to encourage repeat and long-term business
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
Understand partner organization structures and decision-making processes
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Market & Industry Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the BNPL space
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing support
Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report sales performance, business metrics, and market trends
Present insights and updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred)
8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Prior experience in Insurance / Fintech / BFSI is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proven network with key decision-makers in the Insurance or related ecosystem
Candidates with experience in travel & tourism business development and knowledge of top travel operators will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel inter-city and intra-city as per business requirements
