Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Professionals with strong business development and hunting experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in merchant acquisition, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network within Insurance, Fintech, SaaS, or Payment Gateway industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive merchant acquisition across Enterprise, Education, and Mid-Market segments
* Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
* Conduct meetings and pitch the company’s products to prospective merchants
* Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired merchants
* Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for merchant accounts
* Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding and activation of merchants
* Ensure achievement of GMV and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development
* Strong hunting experience (mandatory)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers
* Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 2 B-School (preferred)
