*About the Role*
We are looking for a Category Manager to build and scale a new business line from the ground up. This is a 0→1 ownership role, where you will define strategy, drive revenue, and execute at a granular level.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while being deeply involved in execution. You will work closely with clients, build processes, lead a team, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

*Key Responsibilities*
*Category Ownership (P&L)*
* Own end-to-end category performance including revenue, growth, and profitabilities
* Drive key business metrics and ensure sustainable scaling
*Business Strategy & Buildout*
* Define category vision, GTM strategy, and execution roadmap
* Identify growth opportunities and build scalable business models
*Client Acquisition & Growth*
* Drive enterprise and SMB client acquisition
* Manage and grow key accounts
* Own funnel metrics, conversions, and revenue targets
*Execution & Operations*
* Dive deep into operations and execution
* Build and optimize processes from scratch
* Solve bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
*Team Leadership*
* Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
* Build a strong ownership-driven culture
*Cross-Functional Collaboration*
* Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams

*Experience & Qualifications*
* 10–12 years of B2B experience in high-growth startups or new-age companies
* Exposure to both Enterprise and SMB segments
* Proven track record of building and scaling a business/category
* Experience in Supply Chain Financing, Payments, or SMB Lending preferred
