Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Compensation: 4–5 LPA (Including Variable Pay)

*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Drive sales and lead generation activities to achieve targets
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends
* Present, promote, and position products/services to potential clients
* Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
*Candidate Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Retail/Fintech preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
* Good understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
