About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment and HR operations for our India and USA teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring, employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, compliance support, reporting, and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, and onboarding
* Coordinate background verification and pre-employment documentation
* Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy
* Process employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, promotions, and exits
* Track attendance, leave records, and employee data updates
* Support payroll processing by providing required employee information and reports
* Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
* Assist in maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records
* Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and dashboards
* Coordinate employee engagement and workplace initiatives
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all HR processes
Key Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
* Knowledge of HR documentation, payroll support, and compliance processes
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR reporting
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* MBA/ Master's in HR preferred
