Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels
2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
3) Drive sales and lead generation activities to achieve targets
4) Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends
5) Present, promote, and position products/services to potential clients
6) Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet business objectives
7) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
8) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
Candidate Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2) 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business
3) Development (Retail/Fintech preferred)
4) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills
5) Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
6) Good understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
