Job Description :
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager. • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping and document management. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Well versed with technical knowledge. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. • Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise. • Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals. • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan. • Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources. • Site visit when an ever required.
