As a Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility is to sell life insurance policies over the phone. Follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential customers throughout the sales process. Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the company's CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes related to life insurance. Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and improve overall performance. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations governing the insurance industry. Continuously improve sales techniques through training, feedback, and self-development.
