Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified US IT professionals (candidates) seeking new opportunities. Proactively build relationships with US job seekers, understanding their career goals and desired job specifications. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for US companies. Partner with US hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific hiring needs and identify the best-fit candidates. Utilize various sourcing techniques and online platforms to attract top US IT talent. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including resume submissions, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation support (as applicable). Maintain a strong understanding of the US IT job market and salary trends. Build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
