Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Thane region, aligned with overall company objectives. Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives. Set clear sales targets and hold the team accountable for achieving them. Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Manage and optimize the outbound sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitor activities. Identify and implement new sales opportunities and initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs. Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
