Job Description
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for outbound sales representatives, focusing on Star Health Insurance products and processes Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction techniques Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, to ensure relevance and effectiveness Evaluate the performance of trainees through assessments, role-plays, and mock calls, providing feedback and guidance for improvement Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements to ensure training content remains current and relevant Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and observation, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes
